It’s mobile-friendly, employees can access their own data, there are a host of automated services (payroll, taxes, employee paperwork), it integrates with third-party tools and it has benefits administration, meaning that you can transfer an existing plan or sign up for a new one). Gusto doesn’t offer applicant or attendance tracking, though, and new health plans are only available in 10 states.
